For online sellers in the Philippines
Know what you've claimed, what's owed, and what's on the way.
ECOM ERP matches your POS orders against courier statements by tracking number, so every peso (₱) of your sales sits in the right bucket: Claimed, Accounts receivable or Projected A/R.

How one order moves

Total sales = Claimed + A/R + Projected A/R
One order, three stages, no double counting
Each order sits in exactly one bucket at a time. As the parcel is delivered and the courier reports it, the order moves along, and your totals follow.
- 01Order marked TO SHIP
Projected A/R
The parcel has not been delivered yet. You expect this money to become a receivable once it is.
- 02Delivered, not on a SOA yet
Accounts receivable
The courier delivered it, but it has not appeared on a courier statement. The money is owed to you.
- 03Found in the courier SOA
Claimed sales
The order is on a courier statement for the period. It is recognised, and its product cost counts as COGS.
Total sales / revenue
Calculated for you as Claimed + Accounts receivable + Projected A/R.
COGS / product cost
The actual cost of the products inside the sales that were recognised in a courier SOA.
Two sources in, matched by tracking number
Your orders come from the POS. Your proof of payment comes from the courier's statement of account (SOA). ECOM ERP lines them up so you don't have to.
- 1
Import your orders
Bring in POS orders. TO SHIP orders become Projected A/R; delivered ones become Accounts receivable.
- 2
Import the courier statement
Each SOA line is matched to an order by its tracking number, for the period the statement covers.
- 3
Statuses update themselves
A delivered order found in a SOA moves from A/R to Claimed. Nobody ticks boxes by hand.
